As a trusted advisor to the executive team, you'll influence organizational strategy, cultivate a high-performing culture, and lead initiatives that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll oversee all aspects of Human Resources while leading a talented HR team dedicated to supporting our employees and business objectives.

What You'll Do
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner directly with C-suite and senior leadership to architect, influence and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Company goals.
- Drive organizational design, strategic workforce planning and change management strategies to support rapid scaling, acquisitions and post acquisition integration. .
