As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a HSQE & Vetting Superintendent who will report directly to the HSQE & Vetting Manager and play an important role in the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Company’s Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Energy Management System (HSQEEnMS).
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Monitor compliance with the Company's HSQE Management System, applicable international regulations and industry best practices across the fleet.
- Support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Company's Integrated Management System in accordance with applicable ISM, ISPS, ISO and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct onboard internal audits, inspections and reviews to verify compliance with safety, quality, environmental and security requirements.
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits and ensure the timely and effective closure of findings and non-conformities.
- Support vessels in preparing for SIRE 2.0, PSC, Flag Stat
