The team you'll be joining and impact you'll have

• You'll own how V7 looks and feels to the world, across both the marketing site and the product itself. This is a product and brand design role first: you'll be setting the visual direction, designing the product experience and making sure the two hang together.

• Our design team is small and sits close to engineering. Designers here work directly with the people building the product, and the loop between a design decision and it appearing in the codebase is short.

• A lot of this currently sits with contractors or is spread thinly across the team. You'll pull it in-house and become the person who owns the brand and the product's design language.

• You'll help shape our design system and the front-end refactor that sits underneath it, defining the components and patterns everyone else builds on. Engineering will do the heavy lifting
