Shaw Cancer Center (Dillon/Edwards): responsible for providing psychosocial oncology services to patients of both the Dillon and Edwards campuses.
Shaw at Home Program: acts as an active member of the palliative care team by providing psychosocial oncology services and interventions to support patients across the continuum of care.
Survivorship Program: acts as an active member of the Spirit of Survival team through program development and participation to enhance survivors’ quality of life and to reduce risk of recurrence.
Clinical Role: This is a clinical social work position whereby the psychosocial oncology counselor/social worker allocates 100% of FTE time to clinical functions and direct patient care within the Shaw at Home p
