Senior Manager, Product Management – MSAT

ValGenesis is transforming how life sciences companies manage some of their most complex and highly regulated manufacturing processes — and we’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to help shape what comes next. In this role, you’ll own the executioand evolution of key MSAT product areas, including Electronic Batch Records (eBR), Technology Transfer, and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR). You’ll bring together deep life sciences domain knowledge, product thinking, and emerging AI capabilities to turn complex manufacturing and regulatory workflows into intuitive, scalable software. This is a hands-on product role for someone who understands both sides of the equation: how MSAT teams operate in the real world and how great software gets built. You’ll work closely with Product leadership, Engineering, subject matter experts, and go-to-market teams to take ideas from roadmap through requirements, prototyping, delivery, launch, and adoption. You’ll also have the opportunity to rethink traditional product development approaches by using AI to rapidly prototype concepts, accelerate requirements development, and communicate product intent more effectively.
