As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering payroll solutions that connect HR, finance, and operational processes, while helping clients navigate implementation milestones with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations.
- Design and review country-specific payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
- Configure payroll integrations with Employee Central, FI, Time Management, and third-party systems.
- Provide expert support during UAT, parallel payroll runs, and go-live.
- Guide and review junior payroll consultants.

- 8+ years of overall SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors experience.
