Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable platform solutions, guide implementation decisions, and support successful adoption across client environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Support workflow automation, service catalog, reporting, integrations, and platform configuration.
• Support testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Provide guidance on platform governance, security, scalability, and best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow consulting experience at Senior Consultant or Technical Lead level, including end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
