Job Description

Aspire Software is looking for an AI-Native Product Designer to join our team in Lebanon.

Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

About the Role:

We're looking for a rare kind of product designer. Someone with exceptional visual taste, a deep understanding of user experience, and the technical curiosity to bring their own designs to life. You're a designer at heart, but you've embraced a new way of working. You use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, and other AI-powered tools to turn ideas into beautiful, functional experiences.

You don't stop at Figma. You prototype, experiment, build, and iterate. You understand that great product design isn't just about making things look good. It's about understanding users, mapping their journeys, solving problems, creating intuitive interactions, and making the entire experience feel effortless. We're looking for someone who combines **the creative instincts of a visual designer, the product judgment of a UX designer, and the building capabilities of an AI-native frontend developer.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design experience
  • Translate product ideas and user problems into thoughtful, intuitive experiences.
  • Develop personas, user journeys, user flows, happy paths, edge cases, and information architecture.
  • Create wireframes, interaction patterns, high-fidelity designs, and polished interfaces.
  • Think critically about user behavior, usability, accessibility, and product experience.
  • Bring exceptional visual and creative taste
  • Establish a high standard for visual design, typography, layout, color, composition, and interaction details.
  • Explore multiple creative directions and push beyond generic, template-driven interfaces.
  • Create cohesive design systems and reusable UI patterns.
  • Design products that aren't just usable, but feel distinctive, polished, and delightful.

Build with AI

  • Use AI-powered tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, and other emerging tools as an integral part of your workflow.
  • Turn design concepts into working, interactive frontend experiences.
  • Rapidly prototype ideas, test interactions, and refine designs directly in code.
  • Use vibe coding and AI-assisted development to move quickly from concept to functional product.
  • Continuously experiment with new AI capabilities and develop better ways to design and build.

Bridge design and engineering

  • Work comfortably with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
  • Build or refine frontend components, layouts, animations, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with engineering to turn prototypes into polished, maintainable products.
  • Understand technical constraints without allowing them to unnecessarily limit creativity.
  • Help close the gap between design intent and the final shipped experience.

Who You Are

You're design-first.

  • Your background is in product design, UX/UI design, visual design, interaction design, digital design, or a closely related creative discipline.
  • You have a portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design sensibility, not just functional software.
  • You have great taste.
  • You care about details other people might overlook. Typography, spacing, visual rhythm, interaction states, and subtle animations matter to you.
  • You know when something feels right, when it doesn't, and how to make it better.
  • You think deeply about users.
  • You understand user journeys, personas, pain points, onboarding experiences, happy paths, edge
  • cases, and information architecture. You can explain not just what you designed, but why.
  • You're genuinely AI-native.
  • AI isn't something you've experimented with once or twice. It's part of how you work every day.
  • You've used Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools to build real interfaces, working prototypes, or shipped products.
  • You're comfortable directing AI-generated code, debugging issues, and refining the result rather than blindly accepting it.

You can build.

  • You don't need to be a traditional full-stack software engineer, but you're comfortable working in a frontend codebase.
  • You understand how modern web applications work and can use AI to create meaningful, functional experiences.
  • You're curious, experimental, and self-directed.
  • You constantly explore new tools, techniques, design patterns, and workflows.
  • You enjoy taking an ambiguous idea and figuring out how to make it real.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing strong visual design, UI/UX thinking, and creative range.
  • Experience designing digital products or sophisticated interactive experiences.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, user flows, information architecture, and design systems.
  • Strong Figma skills and a high level of visual craft.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, particularly Cursor or Claude Code.
  • Ability to build interactive frontend experiences using modern web technologies.
  • Examples of projects where you've gone beyond mockups and created something functional.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience creating animations, micro-interactions, or advanced UI transitions.
  • Background in graphic design, branding, motion design, or creative coding.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces.
  • Experience building a product, side project, or startup from scratch.
  • An active interest in experimental interfaces and emerging human-AI interaction patterns.

What This Role Isn't

  • This isn't a traditional UI/UX role where you hand off static mockups and wait for engineering.
  • It also isn't a frontend engineering role where you're simply implementing somebody else's designs.
  • We're looking for a designer who owns the thinking, the experience, the visual direction, and increasingly, the working implementation.
  • Design is your foundation. AI is your accelerator. Code is another part of your creative toolkit.
