We're a fast-growing group within Valsoft Corporation, working where payments meet AI. The group includes ValPay, TNRM, P&P and Sadie.
Sadie is the #1 voice AI reservation platform in the world, with customers in Australia, Europe, the United States and Canada.
ValPay is a payment facilitator (payfac). In plain terms, it lets other businesses accept and process payments through ValPay's own merchant infrastructure. That means they can start taking payments quickly, without setting up their own costly merchant account that can take a long time to get approved. ValPay is one of the fastest-growing companies in Canada.
Our growth has been recognized on Deloitte's Technology Fast 50, and we've reached a turning point. We've outgrown a traditional startup finance function, and we're building what comes next: a leaner, more technical, more automated finance team designed for how a modern payments and AI business really works. We don't want to copy how larger, slower companies do finance.

This role is a rare chance to help build a finance function where accounting and technology meet. Our finance setup dates from our startup days, and we're rebuilding it to match the pace and complexity of the business.
As Senior Controller, you'll own revenue recognition and technical accounting across multiple entities. Just as important, you'll have real, hands-on ownership
