About the job:
This is not a role where you spend your week pulling reports people may or may not look at.
We want someone who can get inside the business, understand how Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Payments, and Finance operate, and turn messy data and manual processes into scalable systems.
You will become one of the key owners of our revenue data and HubSpot environment, helping us understand what is happening across the customer lifecycle, improving how our teams operate, and building AI agents and automations that remove repetitive work.
You will have significant freedom to identify problems and build solutions.
What Success Looks Like
In your first year, you will help us:
- Establish reliable reporting and KPI infrastructure across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Payments
