Financial Controller

We are hiring an experienced Financial Controller at Aspire Software to join our growing team in Toronto and Montreal!

The Financial Controller will report to the Director of Finance. This individual will coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting and forecasting, statutory compliance and reporting and ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of acquired companies, as well as lead projects impacting their accounting and provide guidance on the more complex accounting issues. The Financial Controller will coordinate with their Finance team and work directly with the Portfolio Managers and Managing Directors for the subsidiary companies.

Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software, an Operating Group of Valsoft Corp, primarily focuses on operating and managing Valsoft’s global portfolio of software companies within the Travel and Leisure vertical. It provides mission-critical solutions to this sector, leveraging industry best practices to deliver a time-sensitive integration process.
