Technical Product Support and Implementation Analyst- KIS

Aspire Software is looking for a talented product support and implementation professional , who can work directly with customers, understand how they use our ERP applications, and take difficult issues from initial report through final resolution. This role sits between customer support, application analysis, data investigation, quality assurance, implementation, and development. Our customers are school districts and local governments using business applications for finance, payroll, billing, collections, utilities, licensing, and community development.

The right candidate will be comfortable asking detailed questions, reproducing problems, examining data, reading code, and determining whet
