SHE Coordinator

At Irizar Forge, a leading industrial forging company based in Gipuzkoa (Lazkao) and part of Royal Van Beest Group, we are looking for a SHE Coordinator to join our team.

What will be your mission?

Your mission will be to act as the internal technical reference for Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) at Irizar Forge, driving a strong safety culture and ensuring the effective implementation, coordination and continuous improvement of SHE management systems and practices across the organization. You will work closely with Management, department managers, employees, the External Prevention Service, the Safety and Health Committee, external suppliers and certification bodies.

Main responsibilities

• Safety and Health: coordinate preventive activities, risk assessments, preventive planning, and the follow-up of preventive measures and action plans.

• Active presence on the shop floor: carry out inspections, Safety Walks and proactive safety observations, identifying risks and promoting corrective actions together with the relevant managers.

• Accidents and incidents: coordinate accident and incident investigations jointly with the External Prev
