Human Resources Coordinator

Join Vault Consulting in a unique position that supports our outsourced HR team! This is an exciting position for an HR professional with two to four years of experience with payroll & benefits administration to deepen their knowledge in human resources. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow. Our firm has embraced a hybrid work environment and you will have the opportunity to work onsite at HQ and remotely.

As a key member of the Vault’s Human Resources Services (HRS) consulting team, the HR Coordinator is responsible for a variety of outsourced HR functions for Vault clients. The HR Coordinator will be a point of contact for clients, facilitate select human resources processes, be responsive to client and supervisor requests, and act as a liaison between clients and their respective vendors.
