Technical Writer

vCluster Labs is looking for a Technical Writer to join our documentation team. You'll write and maintain conceptual, how-to, and reference documentation across the vCluster Platform, working from design docs alongside engineers and standing up tenant clusters yourself to verify every procedure before it's published. Our docs serve a wide audience, from prospects evaluating vCluster to platform engineers. This is a hands-on role. You'll need to actually run the software, not just read about it, to write docs that hold up.

As a Technical Writer, your role will include:

• Documentation: Write and maintain conceptual, how-to, and reference documentation for vCluster, vCluster Platform, vMetal, and related tenant-isolation concepts.

• Verification: Stand up tenant clusters yourself to verify procedures, capture screenshots, and confirm CLI output before publishing.

• Collaboration: Work from projects, tickets, and design docs. Collaborate with engineers to fill documentation gaps surfaced by support and sales.
