VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries.   Veepee is looking for a UX/UI Designer for its Growth Marketing team. Attached to the Lead of UX/UI, the person in this position will be responsible for executing the UX vision for the Veepee front experience. You will ensure the optimization of the customer journey across all Veepee sites by analyzing the performance of each step in the user path. 🎯 TASKS   UX/UI Vision and Strategy Deliver the UX/UI front vision for all Veepee sites and apps in collaboration with marketing, business, and Tech teams. Ensure a flawless and coherent user experience across all devices. Contribute to the performance improvement of Veepee platforms by monitoring defined KPIs and business value. Propose best practices and innovative solutions to address e-commerce challenges, specifically the flash sales model. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the group Design System.
