Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift PrePack Associate for our growing manufacturing team.
What you'll do:
- Package gauges for sales orders and stock according to work instructions.
- Deliver sales order lines to shipping.
- Meet and exceed expectations for time buckets and on-time delivery.
- Operate box machine and refill cardboard stock.
- Maintain preventive maintenance checks on the Cardboard Box Machine.
- Pull stock inventory for sales orders.
- Create and maintain a daily list of items to go to shipping.
- Review work instructions for errors.
- Coordinate with the Production Department to locate shipping items.
- Work with the Shipping Department to improve processes.
- Maintain inventory levels for packaging supplies.
- Operate pallet jack and tow motor.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- AND one to three months related experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
