Technical/Manufacturing Instructor

We are hiring for our growing Training department!   

This position does require overnight travel across the United States, 50% of the time.  When not travelling this position works on-site from our Mason, OH Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual technical training courses to customers and employees. 
• Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
• Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
• Facilitating training programs in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
• Maintains technical knowledge by participating in VEGA product and industry educational training opportunities.
