Coach

You are the right candidate if you have:
• Previous experience as a prospector or buyer;

•At least 12 months of seniority within the company;
• Strong commercial background and negotiation skills;
• Advanced English level (B2–C1) and Italian and solid MS Office knowledge;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive and well-organized, able to work independently;
• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams;
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 50%).

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, select, and coach candidates with potential in the commercial field;
• Collaborate with trainers and managers to develop trainees’ skills;
• Assess trainees’ progress and adapt learning methods to ensure continuous improvement;
• Make the process engaging and meaningful, while maintaining a high standard of performance;
• Actively participate in company events (e.g., JR sessions, team buildings, juries).
