We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Training Specialist (French-speaking) to deliver impactful training programs at national and international levels.
What will you do?
Deliver engaging training sessions focused on management, leadership and professional development across national and international locations.
Facilitate interactive workshops and learning experiences that encourage participation, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Adapt training methods and approaches to meet the needs of different audiences and learning objectives.
Create a positive learning environment that inspires participants to apply new skills and knowledge in their day-to-day work.
Gather feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the training experience.
What are we looking for?
Experience in training delivery, with proven experience delivering training programs to management teams.
Working proficiency in French; good level of English
