About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Software Factory, a new product area that puts AI agents on every stage of the development loop — triaging an issue, planning it, writing the code, and checking the result — while keeping people on the judgment calls. Human time and human attention has become the bottleneck, and the opportunity is to move towards automation of continuous software maintenance and improvement. You will define how agents help fix bugs, implement features, improve performance, mitigate security issues, improve code quality, and increase test coverage. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
