Head of Oracle Service Delivery Management

Lead Customer Success, Service Excellence and Growth Across One of the UK's Largest Oracle Managed Services Practices

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced service management leader to take ownership of the Service Delivery Management function within our Enterprise Applications ASPIRE Managed Services business.

Leading a team of Service Delivery Managers, you'll shape service strategy, drive customer success, and help some of our most strategic customers maximise the value of their Oracle investments across SaaS, E-Business Suite, JD Edwards and PeopleSoft environments.

This is a highly visible leadership role that combines people leadership, customer engagement, commercial accountability and service innovation.

You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen customer relationships, develop high-performing teams and contribute directly to the continued growth of one of Version 1's most successful managed services businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Service Delivery Managers.
• Drive exceptional customer outcomes, retention and satisfaction across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Shape and evolve the service management strategy across Enterprise Applications Managed Services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, building long-term partnerships.
• Own governance, operational performance and service excellence across the practice.
• Drive continual service improvement, automation and innovation initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to identify growth opportunities and maximise account value.
• Support bids, renewals and service transitions, ensuring scalable and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accountability for commercial performance, forecasting accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

You'll be a proven service management leader with experience leading teams within a managed services environment and a track record of delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Strong people leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing revenue, forecasting and profitability.
• A passion for service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Experience operating within Enterprise Applications Managed Services environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle SaaS, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, or similar enterprise application platforms.
• Experience working within structured governance and service management frameworks.
• ITIL certification is desirable.
