We're seeking a Licensed Funeral Director to join our Pennsylvania team, splitting time between our Dugan and Hoffman Funeral Homes.
You'll be a trusted presence for families navigating grief, a steady hand behind the scenes, and a mentor to the people growing alongside you. If you're passionate about doing this work with integrity and heart, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead funeral services that truly reflect each family's wishes and honor the life lived
- Guide families through the arrangement process with compassion, patience, and clarity
- Prepare the deceased for viewing, including embalming and cosmetic work
- Stay current and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Strengthen community ties through meaningful outreach and relationship building
- Invest in the next generation by mentoring junior associates and funeral interns
