Veterinary Practice Manager

Northside Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Practice Manager. 

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.

Schedule: Full-time, salaried position (approx. 40 hours per week). Typical schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours meetings and Saturdays. Flexibility and discretion in creating a schedule.

Retention Bonus: $5,000 retention bonus awarded upon completion of two years of service (paid on the second-year anniversary).
