We have an exciting opportunity to join our Growth Products team in Poland and are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team.

In this role, you will take full strategic ownership of user acquisition for our Monopoly Match product, scaling performance marketing channels, driving creative and app store monetization strategies, and bringing our marketing capability in-house.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Take full ownership of paid user acquisition strategy across channels, including spend allocation, scaling decisions, and hitting ROAS and payback targets
• Drive overall creative strategy and App Store Optimization (ASO), steering external partners as execution arms while building internal strategic capability
• Lead, coach, and support the CRM Manager, setting clear KPIs and translating high-level marketing strategy into actionable operational plans
• Align brand, organic, and lifecycle marketing initiatives with product teams to deliver a unified, high-performing player experience
