Marketing Analyst -Loyalty Rewards

This role combines marketing, analytics, and customer engagement to drive agent participation, customer participation, increase reward redemption, and strengthen loyalty across the Viamericas agent network. The analyst evaluates program performance, develops insights from data, executes promotional campaigns, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall effectiveness of the loyalty program.
