At Viaplay Group, we entertain millions of people every day through our streaming services, radio networks, and TV channels. We believe in the power of content not just as a way of telling stories and touching lives, but also expanding worlds.
We’re looking for the best people to join us on our journey. Right now, we’re searching for a Traffic Administrator in our Stockholm office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?
The role
As a Traffic Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our radio and online advertising operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a dynamic and social role with many internal and external touchpoints. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders, ensuring advertising campaigns are booked, scheduled, delivered, invoiced, and reported correctly across our radio and digital platforms.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Managing order booking, scheduling, and reconciliation for radio and online advertising campaigns
Ensuring correct placement, timing, and delivery of advertising content across multiple platforms
Supporting sales teams with pricing, inventory management, reporting, and campaign-related queries
Performing administrative and financial tasks related to order management, invoicing, and credit control
Handling online traffic management, including campaign bookings and asset administration in digital systems
Downloading, reviewing, and quality-checking advertising audio files before broadcast
Monitoring advertising inventory and ensuring compliance with pricing and booking guidelines

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Good system skills and confidence working with a variety of digital tools and platforms.
Experience with invoicing, order administration, finance-related processes, or similar administrative responsibilities
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
It’s a bonus if you have:
Previous experience from media, advertising, broadcasting, or campaign administration
An interest in process improvements, digitalization, and finding smarter ways of working
A can-do attitude, sense of humor and the ability to work humbly with others.
