GTM Operations Manager
About Vibe
Streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness channel. It’s becoming a core part of the performance marketing mix, alongside search and social. Vibe.co is building the platform that makes TV work like the rest of the acquisition stack: targeted, measurable, and optimized for results.
Vibe.co is an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform that gives marketers the tools to reach the right audiences, optimize campaigns in real time, and understand what’s actually driving business outcomes. With hyper-targeted segmentation, AI-powered recommendations, real-time optimization, and incrementality measurement, Vibe brings the precision and accountability of digital advertising to the biggest screen in the house.
Today, more than 12,000 brands use Vibe.co to reach 120 million+ households. And in August 2026, Vibe.co became a Walmart company, opening up a new chapter for the business and the industry. With Walmart’s first-party data and purchase signals now part of the Vibe platform, advertisers can connect TV advertising to real-world transactions and measure the impact of CTV with a level of precision previously associated with platforms like Google and Meta.
This is a unique moment to join Vibe. With Walmart’s scale, data, and reach behind us, we’re building the next generation of TV advertising and creating a more measurable, performance-driven future for the channel.
About the Role
You'll join the GTM Operations team sitting at the intersection of GTM strategy and technical execution — identifying problems across the revenue funnel and building the solutions to fix them. This isn't a Salesforce admin role or a reporting function; it's an end-to-end builder role, embedded closely with Sales and Customer Success, translating what's breaking in the business into AI-first tools and automations that actually ship. The GTM org is growing fast, and this role exists to make sure the operational infrastructure grows with it. Three reasons to want this: direct ownership over problems that connect to real revenue outcomes, more scope and fewer layers than you'd find anywhere else at this revenue scale, and the chance to shape what a modern, AI-native GTM Ops function looks like from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and prioritize
Map problems across the full revenue funnel — lead routing, pipeline execution, retention, and growth
Triage daily asks from the sales team while managing longer-term roadmap projects in parallel
Form a clear, defended POV on what to build first and why it matters to the business
Build and ship
Build tools using Claude, AI agents, and automation — solutions should be agent-led, not workflow-dependent
Contribute features to tools owned by the engineering team, working directly alongside them
Test automations, resolve technical issues, and iterate based on what the data shows
Embed with GTM teams
Meet regularly with Sales and CS teams to surface emerging needs as strategy evolves
Translate those needs into a prioritized backlog and work through it systematically
Know when a process should stay team-specific vs. when it needs to align with global systems — and bring teams along when it's the latter
Drive toward outcomes
Tie every project to a revenue or net dollar retention goal
Move from shipping to driving by month 12 — set a goal, map the work, show the correlation
Maintain clean, comparable data across the GTM org by building alignment on systems and reporting
What You Need
5–7+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Product/Program Management
Demonstrated systems thinking — you connect tools, teams, and workflows into something that works end-to-end
Actively uses AI tools (including Claude or similar) to build, automate, and solve problems in your current work
Strong data literacy — you can build a spreadsheet, read a dashboard, and tell the story the numbers are telling
A track record of owning projects fully: scoping, prioritizing, shipping, diagnosing, and iterating
Salesforce exposure — you don't need to be an admin, but you've used it and can pick it up fast
Nice to Haves
Experience at a hyper-growth scale-up
Exposure to consumption-based revenue models — tick-rate dynamics, seasonality, and undefined contract baselines rather than defined SaaS contract terms
Our Values
At Vibe, we run on three values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. We tie every goal to a real business outcome, think 10x rather than settling for good enough, and move daily rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
You'll thrive here if you own outcomes without needing direction, default to action, and hold yourself to results, not effort.
This is a high-performance environment with high-performance rewards: you'll work alongside people who push you, with real ownership over hard problems in a market that's moving fast.
If that sounds like the best version of your career, we want to meet you.
