Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function at our Houston facility and support the continued growth of our organization. This individual will own AV8 MRO's Quality Management System, ensuring landing gear overhaul, repair, modification, testing, and exchange work — as well as our Engineering team's PMA parts development program — is performed safely, compliantly, and to the highest standard across FAA, EASA, customer, and company requirements.
This role provides senior leadership across quality and works in close partnership with Production, Engineering, and Procurement to balance customer commitments, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.
