QA Tester
VidRush is an AI-native video production platform that replaces an entire video team with coordinated AI agents.
Creators turn a simple idea into a fully produced, long-form video—research, script, voiceover, visuals, motion graphics, and rendering—in under an hour. No timelines. No editing headaches. Just intent → finished video.
We’re building a new way to create video that feels more like writing than editing, and we’re already seeing strong traction from serious creators and media teams.
If you’re excited about AI, creator tools, and building category-defining products from first principles, you’ll fit right in.
We're looking for a QA Tester to own quality across Vidrush, an AI-native video generation platform. ou'll be the person who tests our product properly. Not by clicking around randomly, but by writing clear test cases, running them consistently, and reporting bugs that engineers can actually reproduce and fix.
This is a hands-on manual testing role. You don't need an automation background — you need curiosity, patience, and the instinct to try the thing nobody thought to try.
What you'll do
Write and maintain test cases and checklists for new features and regressions
Run functional, UI, cross-browser and cross-device testing on our web platform
Test video generation and rendering flows end to end — upload, processing, output quality, edge cases
Log clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, expected vs actual, environment and evidence
Verify fixes and run regression passes before releases
Work directly with engineers and product to clarify requirements and question anything ambiguous
Help keep our QA documentation tidy and useful
What we're looking for
1–3 years in a manual QA or testing role
Solid understanding of QA fundamentals: test case design, test types, bug lifecycle, severity vs priority
Experience testing web applications across browsers and devices
Comfortable with a bug tracker (Jira, Linear, or similar) and a test management tool (TestRail, Qase, Zephyr, or a well-organised spreadsheet)
Precise, written communication — a good bug report is a piece of writing
Working English, written and spoken
A genuinely detail-obsessed streak. You notice the misaligned button and the off-by-one timestamp.
Nice to have
Basic API testing with Postman or similar
Familiarity with browser dev tools, console logs, network tab
Exposure to video, media, or creative tools
Basic SQL
Interest in AI tools and how to use them in your own testing workflow
Any exposure to test automation
What We Value
Craftsmanship: You care about reliable, maintainable tests—not just passing checks
Ownership: You take quality end-to-end, from test design through CI integration
Pragmatism: You know what's worth automating and what isn't—no testing for testing's sake
Curiosity: You dig into root causes rather than papering over flaky tests
AI-accelerated work: You actively use tools like Cursor, Copilot, and LLMs to write tests, debug, and move faster—without outsourcing your judgment
Excitement about AI: You're energized by the challenge of testing AI-native products where outputs aren't always deterministic
