Rescue Specialist Paramedic

VIGILINT is seeking a Rescue Specialist. RST must be available for ~60-days on / ~60-days off rotational schedule (equivalent to three 60-day rotations annually) plus additional training and screening. This position will be available to support Rotary Wing and Fixed Wing operations to include, but not limited to:
- Work and practice medicine in austere and limited resource environments
- Perform special operations medical support providing initial combat trauma stabilization, enroute trauma care, and CASEVAC to definitive care
