Deputy Store Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our Vilgain 🚀 store team. You will be the Store Manager’s right hand and someone the team can rely on in the day-to-day operations.
This role is not just about “managing shifts”. We are looking for someone who understands retail, leads by example on the sales floor, maintains high store standards, and helps us create an environment where customers enjoy coming back — not only because of our products, but also because of the overall experience.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Store Manager and stepping in during their absence.
Leading the sales team — motivating team members, planning shifts, and onboarding new colleagues.
Overseeing daily operations — from the cash desk to stock management and orders.
Making sure customers feel welcome and creating a great atmosphere in the store.
