We're looking for an energetic and passionate person who wants to be part of a lovebrand, not just another store. We're primarily looking for someone to join us full-time, but we're also open to discussing a part-time arrangement depending on your availability.

We're opening our first store in Poland - authentically, with energy and purpose. 🚀

• You'll help customers find the best products for their needs and goals.

• You'll make sure the store is always in top shape - products must always be well-stocked and presented at their best.

• You'll be part of a tight-knit team that's all on the same wavelength.

• You'll learn a lot - about our products, nutrition, retail, and customer service. We grow fast, and you can grow just as fast.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a sales spirit - you know how to listen, advise, and build relationships with customers.

• You're interested in a healthy lifestyle and want to share your knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

• You're a go-getter who can't sit still and is always looking for ways to do things better.

• You're flexible with your shifts and can adapt to the store's needs, including weekdays and weekends.

• Ideally, you're looking for a full-time position (40 hours per week), but we're also open to discussing a part-time schedule.

• English at B2 level or above and native Polish speaker.

• Salary for full-time employment: from 5,900 PLN gross/month + bonus up to 850 PLN based on store KPI performance.

• For a reduced working schedule, salary and working hours will be adjusted proportionally based on the agreed scope.
