Summary

VillageReach is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the Procurement function in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). This strategic role will ensure procurement activities are transparent, efficient, and compliant with VillageReach policies, donor requirements, and national legislation.

The Procurement Manager will lead and develop the procurement team, set the country procurement strategy, strengthen team capacity, and advise programs and operations on procurement matters. The role will also ensure the timely availability of quality goods and services needed for project implementation, while achieving the best value for money.
