Director, International Tax

The Director, International Tax will lead Vinmar's international tax function and serve as a primary advisor on international tax matters affecting the Company's global operations. The role is responsible for international tax planning, transfer pricing, global tax compliance oversight, tax risk management, and tax governance. The Director will partner closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Accounting, and business leadership to support global growth and the Company's tax strategy. The role will also lead international tax personnel, manage external advisor relationships, and help establish the Mumbai GCC as a Global Tax Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Tax Leadership

• Lead and oversee international tax activities across the Group's global operations.
• Develop and implement the Group's global tax strategy, governance framework, and operating priorities.
• Advise senior management on significant international tax matters and business initiatives.
• Drive the development of the India-based GCC as a Global Tax Center of Excellence.

International Tax Planning and Compliance

• Lead international tax planning initiatives that support the Company's business objectives, global tax profile, and cash tax position.
