As we scale toward our 200-seat milestone in Cape Town, we are seeking experienced Sales Team Leaders to join our leadership structure and drive measurable performance across our Business Development Representative (BDR) teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends team development with active sales participation. The successful candidate will coach, mentor, and grow a team of BDRs — building individual development plans, running regular coaching sessions, and helping each team member build their skills and reach their potential. We're looking for leaders who lead from the front and inspire by example, staying connected to the day-to-day and invested in their team's growth.
What you'll do
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly team performance
- Monitor pipeline and forecast performance
- Report on critical performance metrics to leadership: sales volumes, decline rates, approval ratios, and funded outcomes
