As Tax Expert of Virya Group, based in Halle, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening Virya Energy’s tax compliance and tax governance framework. You will act as the primary point of contact for all tax-related matters, including VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, Pillar Two and other relevant tax matters.

In addition, you may be involved in a variety of M&A projects, providing tax support and contributing to the structuring and execution of transactions.
