Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking skilled and dedicated Service Technicians to join our dealership's growing service department. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our customersβ vehicles are running at peak performance, performing both routine maintenance and advanced repairs. π Key Responsibilities
- π Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality standards

Work closely with service advisors to provide clear, accurate estimates

- β Continuously update skills and knowledge on Ford & Lincoln products
Requirements
- π§βπ§ 2+ years of automotive service experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
- π Valid driverβs license with a clean record
- π Basic tools are required; specialty tools provided by the dealership
- π Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- π Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety
- π ASE and/or manufacturer cert
