Role

As a People & Culture Specialist, you will support our People team in running smooth, structured People Operations at Visium. You'll own day-to-day HR administration and employee-lifecycle support, be the first point of contact for employees, and manage our Lausanne office, with plenty of room to grow into a broader People role.
