What You’ll Do

As an Area Sales Director – Hospice, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving referral growth, market development, and revenue across your assigned territory.

You’ll provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to Account Managers and Care Transition Navigators, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance. Working closely with operational leaders, referral partners, and community stakeholders, you’ll translat
