Job Description
As a vital member of the Therapy Planning Team at VIVIO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring evidence-based and cost-effective drug management. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Evidence-Based Reviews: You’ll receive comprehensive training to meticulously evaluate therapy requests against high-quality clinical evidence and VIVIO’s Drug Integrity Framework.
- Collaborative Support: In addition to your review responsibilities, you’ll provide essential support to leadership, fellow pharmacists, clinical advisors, and non-clinician staff.
- Good Communicator: You will be presenting various clinical programs to relevant stakeholders to share relevant clinical and cost-effectiveness data.
- Dynamic Team Player: We’re seeking highly dynamic and collaborative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Remote Flexibility: This position is mostly remote. There are mandatory in-office requirements for meetings or training.
- Travel: There is an up to 15% travel requirement for client meetings and other company events.
- Variable duties: Working in non-specialty (pharmacy) and specialty clinical programs. Participation in Therapy Planning Team meetings.
- Technology: You will be trained to use internal member management platforms to document relevant clinical and financial information
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with licensure in any one US state required
- 1 or more years of experience in clinical evidence review while interacting with patients and clinicians as part of an interdisciplinary care team required
- 1 or more years of experience in fast-paced patient management environment e.g., community pharmacy, MTM, ambulatory care etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, anticipate and solve problems.
- Competent at the intermediate level or higher with MS suite programs i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point
- Must be able to travel up to 15%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of experience with clinical program design, speaking with prescribers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in clinical data analysis with statistical training

Additional Information
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000–$130,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and the position's geographic location.
