In this role, you will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to turn business priorities into clear marketing plans, activate campaigns, track performance, and identify opportunities to improve results.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in B2B or digital marketing who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, managing campaigns, and using data to drive better marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support partners in developing and executing go-to-market and marketing plans.
  • Translate business priorities into clear audiences, messaging, campaigns, and channel activities.
  • Guide partners through campaign planning, activation, and optimization using available assets and programs.
  • Work with internal marketing, sales, and partner teams to align priorities and execution.
  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of partners and maintain a consistent communication cadence.
  • Track campaign performance, leads, referrals, and pipeline using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Use performance data to identify opportunities and recommend next actions.
  • Support partner meetings and workshops and help keep activities focused on agreed priorities.
  • Manage multiple partner activities using established templates, processes, and playbooks.
  • Ensure marketing activities and results are accurately tracked and reported.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in B2B, digital, demand generation, partner, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience planning or executing marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel, from awareness and lead generation through to pipeline.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple activities and priorities.
  • Able to turn information and data into practical recommendations.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies, marketing programs, and ways of working.
Experience working in technology or with partner ecosystems is a plus, but not essential.

What Success Looks Like
You will help partners execute focused marketing activities, maintain strong relationships, track results, and continuously improve campaigns based on performance and business priorities.
