Principais Responsabilidades
- Realizar a abertura de chamados e tarefas no sistema de gestão da agência, detalhando briefings e especificações para a fila de trabalho do time de criação.
- Apoiar o relacionamento diário com os clientes, auxiliando no recebimento de demandas, envio de materiais para aprovação e repasse de solicitações de ajuste.
