Position Summary

The Project Director position is responsible for the overall coordination, execution and achievement of objectives for a major program(s) or projects valued at greater than $100 Million.  Areas of responsibility include setting strategy and master plan to direct major projects, contract administration, schedule development and maintenance, managing the communication of project requirements to functional groups; i.e., project management, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, subcontractors, evaluation, and field operations. Responsibilities also include project financial reporting to senior management and managing project close-out, warranty efforts, customer and consortium.  A thorough understanding and previous direct experience with key project management concepts such as Change Management, Critical Path Method Scheduling and Earned Value is required.
