Power Delivery System Engineer

What We’re Looking For:

 

We’re looking for power delivery system engineers to design the power delivery subsystem for our A-0 and A-1 systems.

Because of the high power concentration of our wafer-scale system, this necessitates vertical power delivery and other innovations to reach system level power density and integrity requirements while being high volume manufacturable and mechanically stable. 

Ideal Background:

 

• Experience working with high power density VRM systems
• Experience designing power delivery subsystems for high TDP and high power density SoCs and PCB boards

Nice to Have:

 

• Experience with resonant VRMs 
• Experience with vertical power delivery systems
• Experience designing custom VRMs 
• Experience with systems utilized advanced and/or tightly packaged magnetics
• Experience with low voltage, high current draw systems 
• Experience using and placing Vicor and MPS VRMs in systems&nb
