About The Role
Volta is building AI factories across Europe and North America. The Data Center Manager runs our AI factory in Tydal, Norway, and is accountable for its safety, security, uptime, reliability and efficient operation. The role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and leads the on-site operations team, including the Critical Facility Manager and the IT Infrastructure Manager. You own the site's critical facility infrastructure across power and cooling, oversee the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, make sure customer SLAs are consistently met and hold vendors and contractors to account.
