Marketing Manager - Demand Gen & Field Marketing

Our commercial and industrial customers and DER partners generate cash by allowing Voltus to maximize the value of their flexible load, distributed generation, energy storage, energy efficiency, and electric vehicle resources in these markets.  Position Description Voltus has an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager - Demand Generation & Field Marketing. This role will own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution for select territories across the US and Canada, from building and running the campaigns that drive pipeline to bringing that messaging to life through email, webinars, trade shows, and in-person events. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Marketing, this role will be focused on helping Sales meet their annual, regional, and win rate goals. This person will act as a true thought-partner to Sales and Energy Markets, not just a support function. Success in this role means becoming deeply embedded in these teams' day-to-day work: understanding their pipeline, their territory dynamics, and where deals are getting won or lost, closely enough to proactively surface more leads, help move deals across the finish line, and anticipate what Sales will need next before they have to ask.
