Senior Energy Markets Manager

MISO is one of our fastest growing markets, and we're looking for a Senior Manager to help lead that charge. MISO is the frontier of our industry today, and this role means embracing ambiguity and uncharted territory as the market matures around us. You'll serve as a key relationship-builder and figurehead for our MISO strategy, working directly with utilities, grid operators, and policymakers to track and react to changing market design. You'll synthesize what those changes mean for our existing customers, new deals, product roadmap, and sales approach, and communicate that clearly across the org. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where relationship building, project management, and the judgment to prioritize matter more than day-to-day operational or dispatch management experience.
