Job Summary
The Compensation Advisor serves as the organization's subject matter expert for all Total Rewards programs, including compensation, recognition, wellness, and pay governance. This role is responsible for the design, administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of Vomela's Total Rewards strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
The Compensation Advisor partners closely with HR leadership, finance, business leaders, and external vendors to develop programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent across the organization. This position provides strategic guidance while also managing the day-to-day administration of Total Rewards programs and related analytics.
