The Role:
We are seeking a commercially minded Revenue Operations Manager to own the post-sales side of our revenue engine, based in our London office. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations and working closely with the VP of Customer Success, you will bridge Sales Ops and Customer Lifecycle Ops - making sure the customer journey from signature to renewal and expansion runs on clean data, sharp processes and well-timed signals.
You’ll be the operational partner to our Customer Success leadership, Account Managers, CSMs and Finance, turning product usage and contract data into early warnings, expansion opportunities and predictable renewals.
